It's called the "Fear".

For example, you decide to wake up early tomorrow. But until now, I wake up at 7:00 every day.
However, if you try to wake up at 6:00 to change the way you live and change your life from tomorrow, something will happen.

・There are reasons why you can't wake up → Your brain starts to think of many reasons why you don't have to wake up.
