When you want to be creative, you need energy.
I think that applies to any job.
My recent concern is how to manage my mental energy.
So today, I would like to share with you an actual effective things for maintain mental health.
1. Eat healthy food
Healthy foods include vegetables, salmon, dark chocolate, and walnuts.Dark chocolate and walnuts are especially good alternatives to snacks.
These foods cleanse the intestines, and a clean intestine releases happy hormones, so you need to keep your intestines clean as much as possible.
2. Exercise moderately
Apparently, blood circulation is important to stay energetic.In the East, the circulation of blood is said to be the circulation of mind, and it is said that when mind circulates, mental stability is achieved.
3. Sleep as much as possible.
Sleeping is very effective for mental recovery.Many people know that sleeping as much as possible is very effective for mental recovery.
However, there are many people who do not put it into practice. When you are feeling down, make a conscious effort to sleep.
Sleeping is a creative activity.
