When I was in my twenties, I tried so hard to be something I'm not.
I worked hard all the time.
But recently, I stopped trying so hard.
It's not that I've stopped trying, but rather I've made a conscious effort to do things that are fun and lighten my heart.
Most of the time, we cannot stop thinking every day.
Some of those thoughts will be negative.
I am trying to make the flow of thoughts more positive and enjoyable.
For example, when I'm reminded of some unpleasant events from the past in daily life, I sometimes find myself dwelling on them.
When that happens, I take a break from it and like saying, "I'm feeling a little gloomy, okay, I'll go away from it. Then I try to drink a tasty cup of coffee.
Good coffee (unsweetened) doesn't make me fat, and it smells good.
It makes me feel happy. I'm trying to do small things like that.
I'm trying to increase my happy time little by little.
It's really small but I'm aware of them, my life became brighter little by little.
Don't think about uncomfortable things as much as possible.
Do comfortable things as much as possible.
I recommend it.
