How to meet art collectors in museum?

I'm wondering how to meet art collectors very long time.

It's not about me but I heard a very interesting story so I would like to share it today.

1, Become a museum member and join pre-opening.

Some potential collectors tend to prefer that they see the painting in not crowded so
they become members of the museum and enjoy pre-opening.
If you become a member of the museum, you can meet them there.
 You can talk with them and enjoy the conversation.

Honestly, I became a member of Guggenheim NYC and joined it but
Now covid19 time so not too many people there.

However, after covid, I believe people will be back.

2, Go to a luxury hotel restaurant in your city.

Honestly, I have never tried it yet because of various but I want to try after Covid19.

Some millionaires stay in luxury hotels and go to hotel restaurants.

I'm not sure they love art but you can try.
In the hotel, you can sketch something and if someone is interested in you, that is a big chance.
You can say "Hello, I have a studio so if you are interested in it, I can show more of my paintings"
