MCT oil is an oil that extracts only the natural components called "Medium-chain triglyceride" contained in palm plants such as coconut and palm seeds.
It is characterized by quicker digestion and absorption compared to general vegetable oils.
It is less likely to accumulate as fat.
So you don't feel hungry and you don't eat any excessive food.
I recommend that you take it in the morning.
My preference is adding heavy cream.
Don't take something sweet and carb with this.
It makes you fat.
Just take only coffee or plus protein food(ex, egg).
