I love this Artist - Dylan Gebbia-Richard
Dylan Gebbia-Richard was born in 1992 and is an artist based in Colorado, USA. He is known for producing colorful rock-like paintings. The painting is formed with breathtaking colorful textures and has a structure similar to natural objects such as lava and coral.
“I think my work reflects the landscape in me,” says Dylan Gebbia-Richard.
Dylan Gebbia-Richard is inspired by the vastness of nature and his work seeks an aesthetic that combines microscopic and macroscopic properties.
His paintings come in a variety of sizes, all made to wrap around the viewer, he says:
"In many cases, my work is often set up in a large room like an installation, but when I make small work, I try to create the feeling of spreading the work outward."
The work looks like formed by a volcanic eruption but actually, it has been made using pigments and a drop of melted wax.
