I think the best way is to search on someone's social media such as Instagram, Twitter.
How?
1, Go to your favorite art gallery page.
2, Click the following button
3, Check the individual people and find your favorite people
4, Give them value(Follow, likes, comment)
5, You can make a list of them and check their page sometimes give values.
The preference is not the same for people.
Just do make your own list for finding potential collectors.
