I love this Artist - Daniel James Griffin

"Daniel James Griffin" is a musician from Birmingham, England.

He is an eight-string guitarist who composes music in complex ways. The best thing about Griffin's music is that he doesn't stick to one style. He is inspired by the various genres and artists around him. "4AM" is my favorite album.

The album starts with a song called "Butterfly". It's a groovy and odd time song. As the song's name suggests, it's a song full of light energy, like a butterfly flapping its wings.

Griffin uses a stunning "slap" technique towards the end of the song.

My favorite song "High Tide".

This work is not only groovy but also clearly shows Griffin's composition ability and skill.
He is not only a fast player but also a player who can put his own nuances and singing spirit into each note.

He talks about what kind of artist influence his wide variety of music comes from.

I think the biggest influence is The Contortionist. All of their songs are wonderful. The emotional expressions in the complex composition of the songs are very exciting.

Guitarists like Yvette Young and Tosin Abasi also inspire us about techniques and performances. Tapping styles and percussive techniques that I sometimes use. I think Abasi's playing and technique can be seen in my work.
