Therapeutic walk in the forest is good for health.
We do stay home now, right?
I like staying home but quarantine will be longer than what I expect.
I'm OK about it but I need exercise so I started walking in park recently.
Now I feel that walking in forest ease unconscious stress.
I don't know what kinds of feeling is but I need it.
Have you heard phytoncide?
Walking is good but I recomend that you walk in forest if possible because

Those two kinds of things heal me.
